At only 50 meters you will reach the beach of Aveiros with its nice beach bar. Within the development there are also two communal pools, one indoor and one outdoor (both not heated). Within 10 minutes you walk to the lively part of Albufeira, but the apartment is situated in a quiet area. Just perfect!
